Except as noted otherwise, services performed by Panter Associates included monthly observations, monthly progress/pencil draw meeting attendance, certification of contractor’s applications for payments, associated reports (monthly observations, etc.) and associated correspondence. These services commenced after the loan approval and extended through the completion of the construction project. The services were performed for project lenders.
 • Sushi House - Restaurant
    1107 Lake Street, Oak Park, Illinois
• New construction, interior and exterior, gut conversion of a 2-story plus basement existing
   commercial building. The Sushi House restaurant is located at the basement and first floor
   (ground floor) of the building. One apartment residence is located on the second floor.
 • Kraft Foods - Distribution Facility
     10015 South 136th Street, Omaha, Nebraska
• New construction, 1-story, 50,000 square foot, slab on grade commercial building including
   loading docks, storage, refrigerated storage, offices and associated site development. Portions
   of the building are refrigerated. Parking and vehicular maneuvering space (semi truck) is
   located on surface parking lots adjacent to the distribution facility.
 • L&W Supply - Building specialties company
     7059 Pipestone, Schertz, Texas
• New construction, 1-story, 30,000 square foot, slab on grade industrial building including
   loading areas, storage (interior and exterior), offices, etc. and associated site development
   of a 3.2 acre site. The building is a Butler Building. Parking and vehicular maneuvering space
   (semi truck) is located on surface parking lots adjacent to the supply facility.
 • 2 Warehouses -
     Lot “A” of Northwind Crossing, 61st Street & Mississippi Street, Hobart, Indiana
• New construction of two (2), 50,000 square feet each, 1-story, slab on grade industrial
   buildings with loading docks and associated site development. The buildings are not
   refrigerated. Interior build-out requirements to determined by future tenants. Parking and
   vehicular maneuvering space (semi truck) is located on surface parking lots adjacent to the
   warehouses.
