 • Corus Bank - New Operations Center / Data Center
     Chicago, Illinois
• New construction gut conversion of 44,400 square foot single story building.
• Performed owner’s representation services for Corus Bank, N.A., owner.
• Services included meetings with owner’s representatives, attending design progress meetings
   with owner’s representatives and design professionals of record, reviewing in-progress plans
   and specifications, reviewing completed plans and specifications, assisting with bidding &
   negotiation services, assisting with bid review, assisting with building permit expediting,
   assisting with submittal review, construction observations, attending construction progress
   meetings, assisting with punch list observations and preparation, reporting, advising owner’s
   representatives and other services.
 • Metro Federal Credit Union - New credit union facility
     2440 East Rand Road, Mt. Prospect, Illinois
• New construction, design/build, 1-story and basement, 6000 square floor credit union facility
   and associated 2.5 acre site development.
• Performed owner’s representation services for Metro Federal Credit Union, owner.
• Services included reviewing plans and specifications, etc. (construction documents),
   performing once monthly observations of in-progress and completed construction work,
   attending monthly meetings with owner’s representative, reviewing and certifying the
   contractor’s monthly application for payment and preparing monthly observation reports.
 • Spertus Institute Of Jewish Studies - Corrective construction work  
     610 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago Illinois
• Existing 10-stories plus mechanical penthouse building constructed in 2006.
• Performed owner’s representation services for Spertus Institute Of Jewish Studies, owner.
• Services included the following and concerned corrective construction work -
   ◦ Reviewing portions of the completed plans and specifications.
   ◦ Reviewing ASKs, SSKs and reports prepared by the design professionals of record.
   ◦ Reviewing reports prepared by other consultants.
   ◦ Attending meetings with owner’s representatives.
   ◦ Attending meetings with owner’s representatives, lender’s representative, design
     professionals of record, construction general contractor and construction subcontractors.
   ◦ Submittal review.
   ◦ Observations of existing conditions and in-progress construction work.
   ◦ Preparing reports concerning document review and construction observations.
   ◦ Advise the owner’s representatives specific to the performance of services by the design
     professionals of record.
   ◦ Advise the owner’s representatives specific to the work performed by the construction general
     contractor and construction subcontractors.

• Reroofing drive-through canopy / roof at 5-story commercial building.
• Performed owner’s representative services for K&K Holdings., owner.
• Owner’s representative services included attending meetings, plan review, specifications review,
   construction contract / agreement review, construction observations, meetings with contractor,
   corresponding with contractor and other services.
• New modified bitumen membrane roofing system over existing concrete roof deck.
 • Corus Bank - New surface parking lot 
     418 Franklin Avenue, River Forest, Illinois
• New construction 10,800 square foot (00.23 acres) surface parking lot located across Franklin
   Avenue from Corus Bank including 29 parking spaces. Parking lot construction includes the
   demolition of an existing single family residence with basement.
• Performed owner’s representation services for Corus Bank, N.A., owner.
• Services included meetings with owner’s representative, reviewing plans and specifications,
   etc. (construction documents), preparing construction related documents review reports,
   corresponding with design professionals of record (architect and civil engineer),
   correspondence with construction contractor, assisting owner’s representative with
   engaging/retaining a construction testing company to perform owner testing, scheduling
   owner testing, performing observations of in-progress and completed construction work,
   prepare observation reports, review owner testing reports, prepare punch list, advise owner’s
   representative, etc.
 • Office Building HVAC system improvements
     1112 South Washington Street, Naperville, Illinois
• Existing 2-story plus lower level 50,000 square foot occupied office building constructed in 1991.
• Scope of project HVAC work included equipment replacement, restoration of equipment, repair,
   maintenance and improvements located throughout the building.
• Performed Construction Manager services for MFC Company, Inc., owner.
• Services included observations of existing HVAC systems, bidding & negotiation to HVAC
   contractors, assisting the owner with contractor selection, finalizing the scope of project work
   with selected contractor, preparing construction agreement with the owners attorney, meeting
   with City Of Naperville officials specific to permitting requirements, meeting with City Of Naperville
   officials specific to rooftop located equipment screening requirements, correspondence with owner,
   correspondence with owner’s attorney, correspondence with contractor, coordination with
   contractor, preparing reports and other services.
• The owner did not have plans & specifications for the existing building.
• The HVAC contractor provided design-build services.
• Project work included the removal and replacement of one 30 ton and one 25 ton rooftop located
   packaged HVAC units and associated curb adapters and other work.
• Work included restoration of variable air volume system fan power boxes including removal and
   replacement of components, etc.
• The owner sold the property at the commencement of the HVAC construction work. Therefore,
   construction manager services did not include observation of construction work services for the
   new owner.

 • Harza Engineering -  Interior office build-out
     175 West Jackson Street, Chicago, Illinois 
• Interior gut rehab of 2 complete floors of existing 22-story, vintage (1914) Chicago Landmark
   office building. The building was completely renovated in 2000.
• Performed owner’s representation services for Harza Engineering, owner.
• Services included reviewing plans and specifications, etc. (construction documents) and
   performing observations of pre-substantially complete construction to determine if the
   construction work appeared to substantially comply with the construction documents.
• Advise the owner’s representative specific to the performance of services by the design
   professionals of record.
